The Rendezvous Ski Club is a volunteer based club associated with Cross Country Canada which offers more than 13 kilometres of classically groomed trails meandering through spectacular scenery in the valley between Nipigon and Red Rock.

Park as per map, then snow machine, walk, ski, along road as indicated.

Whitefish Lake – shallow ice fishing for Perch, Walleye and Smallmouth Bass.

Access is via public boat launch indicated.

Lake averages just 7 feet deep. Hooking a larger fish will cloud the water so for best results after hooking a fish move 10-30 feet away and let the murky water settle.

Nipigon Marina shore fishing along docks, boat ramps and shore.
Abandoned train trestle and the Lagoon.

 

Rocky, steep bank to river. Fast moving water. Park on side of abandoned rail bed just south underneath the railroad bridge.
